Maggie Panontin-Young

General Manager + Events Coordinator

With over 35 years of event industry experience, Maggie has built her expertise across multiple facets of the field—from facility operations at Paramount Pictures and marketing/promotion for CBS in Los Angeles to 25 years of catering and event management throughout the Bay Area. She has applied this wealth of knowledge to venue management, leading operations at Gaia Arts Center in Berkeley, the SF Film Centre in the Presidio, and currently The Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina in Solano County.

A former board member of ILEA-NCC and WIPA-SFBA, Maggie also shares her skills by teaching emergency preparedness with CERT-Pleasant Hill.

Crystal Francisco

Senior Sales + Event Coordinator and Client Concierge

With over 25 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Event Planning, Crystal uses her expertise to guide clients from start to finish. Located in the community where she grew up, The Lighthouse is what Crystal calls her second home. It's here she's proudly met with clients for the past eight years, helping them plan unforgettable events with exceptional service. When Crystal isn’t planning events, she’s at home with her husband, four kids and dog, planning their next adventure.


Alma Fletcher

Sales + Event Assistant

Alma brings with her 25 years of service as an airline professional with United Airlines in SFO Flight Operations. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she was part of a team responsible for United Airlines Corporate events at SFO, assisting in fundraising, coordination of event setup and breakdown. She feels fortunate to be part of The Lighthouse team and the “icing on the cake” is being able to work at such a beautiful venue, where she celebrated her 40th wedding anniversary.


Brittanie Calilan Tulabut

Special Projects + Social Media Manager

With over two decades in Visual Design, Event Planning, and Communications, Brittanie knows The Lighthouse from every angle—she’s been a Senior Sales + Event Coordinator, a Lighthouse bride, and now our Special Projects + Social Media Manager. She loves sharing the heart of the property online, capturing its beauty and highlighting the people and celebrations that make it shine. When she’s not working on events or content, Brittanie is a Wellness Facilitator and Grief Educator, helping others find presence through life’s changes.
